Unbelievable Experience!!! I went to Eljin to help with my anxiety, Frustration, Grief and anger not seeing any light at the end of the tunnel. He was extremely welcoming and made me feel comfortable from the very start. I was a bit sceptical about the breathwork as I had never done anything like it before and didn’t really understand it, but as the sessions went on Eljin would help me to understand why and how we do the breathwork. Each session brought its own unique experience and I started to become more enlightened and conscious of my own energy and body. The final session was a transformational breathwork which was amazing and brought out emotions I’ve locked away for years.
